Crown N Glory is committed to delivering quality products and providing outstanding customer services to our customers.  In the event that you are unsatisfied with the products, please contact us at 800-290-8633 or crownnglory@gmail.com, for return authorization and Return Form.  You can either request an exchange or company credit for the returning item(s).  A telephone or email request must be made within 7 business days of receipt of order for the authorized return of merchandise.

 

Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund, and additional shipping and handling charges may be required for each re-order or exchange.

 

Please note: Crown N Glory will not exchange items that are opened and worn.  All returned items must be in its new original condition, including all original tags, netting, bags, etc.  Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. Please refer to the following guideline before requesting return authorization.

 

For wigs and hair closures, customers must request exchange within 7 days of receipt of order.  The returning goods must be shipped out within 3 business days of issuance of return authorization.  All returning goods must be accompanied with the completed Return Form.  For packages/items refused by customers, we will credit the total amount, less shipping cost(s).

 

If customer returns product that does not meet the criteria of the guidelines set forth in this policy, merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

 

Credit cannot be issued on product(s) that cannot be restocked.

 

No C.O.D. orders are accepted.

 

Exchanges will be accepted only on items that were shipped incorrectly.

 

All clearance items are non-returnable.  All sales of clearance items are final.

 

All sale of customized item (custom fitted lace wigs, custom wig caps, custom colored wigs, etc.) are non-returnable.  All sales of custom order items are final.
